Shipping & Handling
We currently ship within the U.S. (including APO) only, but will include other destinations soon. Please allow for up to two weeks delivery time.
If you are living abroad and are a commuter who would like to take advantage of the great bargains that the Commuter Catalog has to offer, we suggest signing up on our mailing list in order to learn when Commuter Catalog products will be available in your country!
The Commuter Catalog has a 30-days, no-questions-asked full refund policy on all returned merchandise, exceptbooks, DVDs and CDs.
Shipping & Handling costs will NOT be refunded.
In order to return merchandise, please send an email to info |at| commutercatalog.com, and include your transaction number from the packaging slip.

Items damaged during shipment are usually covered by the shipper. If you receive merchandise damaged during shipping, please contact the Commuter Catalog Customer Service within 30 days of the date of shipment of your order, and your claim will be processed immediately.
Please note that established procedures by the respective shipping services provider (UPS, U.S. Parcel Post, FedEx, DHL) must be complied with, or your claim may be denied.
